L'Officina Kildare Village

L'Officina is Italian for 'the workshop'; like its twin in Dundrum, this is a place where tradition meets the modern age and meld the two to form something that transcends both. L'Officina, in Kildare Chic Outlet Shopping Village, offers the tastes and flavours of historical Italy with a fresh twist in a location where urban metropolis juxtaposes pastoral Ireland in the rolling landscape of Co. Kildare - akin to the L'Officina cooking style, the line between new and old blur.

Kildare Town itself is a veritable treasure trove of historical locations - as this map shows - so explore the history of this great isle before dining on a delicious Italian meal that, like most of Kildare, has foundations that predate modern history.

Fresh tomatoes on moreish bread drizzled in extra virgin olive oil, the classic Italian bruschetta makes a wonderful snack while lounging outside on our sun-kissed frontage - when the sun shines!
